June: Political unrest in Nepal forces the Zimmermans to return to the States

Fighting between Maoist rebels and the Nepali military spilled over into the Zimmermans’ area. At the same time, the Nepali government refused to renew their visas. Nepali Adventists continue the work the Zimmermans had to leave behind.

July: The Wests launch to Southeast Asia

The west begin their church planting project in a closed Southeast Asian country
