During the final phase of an our projects, our missionaries move again. This time they move a small distance away from the project to begin weaning the new believers of any dependence. The missionaries travel back and forth to the project providing advice and counsel and additional training as needed. Often during this time, the missionary devotes more time to further translation work and material creation for the new churches.
During this final phase of a project, we begin the transition process from our leadership of the churches to the local Adventist mission or conference leadership.
The end result of a project has several churches established with local
leadership, each trained and actively involved in outreach and the establishment
of even more churches.
